Finally got around to finishing this piece. I always have so many pieces on the go that certain ones get neglected. Also my obsessive need to keep adding more detail rarely leaves me calling a piece “Finished.”

I will probably add more detailing to this piece but for now I want to crack at the pile of stuff I unearthed from my portfolio. So let’s call this finished, for now.

Trying my hand at a more traditional style of rose.Quick 12x12” painting from the other night. 

I’m debating the idea of doing the rose in colour or leaving it black and grey then adding a bit of a yellow glow to the orange aura around it.

For now I’m going to put it to the side so I can mull that idea over while I work on drawing something Marvel-ous for some new paintings. ;) (Hint. Hint.)

A watercolour painting doodle. It’s nearly done I’m just adding the last of the colour to the droplets and sword. Then time to start a new late night painting while I watch cartoons before bed.
